Information collected as part of the Learning Technology Research Project 2016:
Agylia Group Ltd is registered in England (3863494).
Your information is important to you and we will at all times respect this fact. We will never share, sell or otherwise publicise your personal information other than as detailed below.
As part of the Learning Technology Research Project 2016 we will gather certain information from you. Your name will be visible to other participants through the discussion forums (which includes Meet the expert) and progress tracker. With the exception of the above, all other information will be anonymized and used for the purpose of research, academic publications and commercial purposes.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information when you enter your details on signing up to a product or contacting us for more information. This information may include (but is not limited to) your name, title, job title, email address, company name, and data about how you interact with the project sites.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information you provide to: enable you to participate in the project, contact you or assist you with any enquiries, improve the content and functionality of our sites, investigate any complaints you may raise with us, assist us with crime and fraud prevention such as to check your identity, and for research purposes.
We may disclose your information to: fraud prevention agencies, relevant public authorities or law enforcement agencies, where required by law, regulation, legal proceedings or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by a competent authority.
Any personal data you submit will be retained by us for the longest of: as long as you use the service and systems provided by us, as long as is required for the research project, or as long as is otherwise required by law.
Should Agylia or any of its divisions be acquired by or merged with another company we retain the right to transfer your data to the new Company but, Agylia will inform you of the transfer.
BLOGS AND SHARED CONVERSATION AREAS
You are welcome to comment on our blogs and use shared conversation areas on our sites for support comments and queries, or to share your thoughts and ideas. The intention of these services is to enable you to communicate freely with other people within Agylia, the project team (including the experts) and amongst the project user community. By making any such entries you accept that they will be viewed by other users and therefore any information you put in them will be shared freely. You also agree to not post any threatening, offensive, abusive, defamatory, libelous, illegal or inappropriate content and be subject to any moderation that we deem appropriate. You also acknowledge that we may remove any of your comments or postings at any time.
Agylia uses third-parties to supply hosting services and other technologies in providing our products and services to you. Agylia owns the software, databases, and all rights to the Agylia applications.
By using our sites and our services, you agree that any information you supply to us may travel over the internet. All such communications use a secure SSL channel to help maintain the privacy of your data.
All personal data is stored securely in accordance with best practice security principles in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Agylia retains the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated through notifications on the sites.
